Stress and Skin Issues

The main culprit for most of the skin issues is stress : Our body starts pumping out the hormone Cortisol . If you suffer from stress for long time, it leads to inflammatory skin with conditions like acne, eczema and psoriasis.
Cortisol is also increasing the lose of water resulting in dryness
How to make your skin happy again :
Sleep, sleep and sleep as the "healthy" hormones like oxytocin, beta-endorphins are highest and cortisol is lowest.
Work out has a similar effect with endorphins going up and cortisol dropping.
