Reducing calories intake and slow pace of aging.

Exciting results from a study which involved 220 volunteers : if we lower the number of calories we eat by 25%, we can slow the pace we age by 2% to 3%. Another good result of lowering our calories : 10% to 15% lower risk of dying over 10 to 15 years !
We will need other studies to also measure the impact of intermittent fasting or time-restricted eating as cutting 25% of our calories may not be a sustainable long term strategy.
