As I explained recently, physical activities are key for a healthy brain as a new English study demonstrated.

This study shows that adults aged 80 years and older who engaged in moderate to high levels of physical activity were at lower risk for all-cause dementia than inactive adults who were in their 50s and 60s !!! this is the study's main finding,

Good for the Heart, Good for the Brain

Exercise has established beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system, and what's good for the heart is good for the head, the researchers are now doing further studies looking at not only exercise but combining exercise with other factors associated with reduced risk for dementia, such as cognitive activities and diet.

As a conclusion, do exercice : Mens sana in corpore sano "a healthy mind in a healthy body".
