Long work hours, is it healthy ?

It looks a weird question but a recent research showed that people who seat more than 55 hours a week have 33% higher risk of stroke and 13% greater risk of heart-disease
what can we do ? 1/ take a break every hour to walk around the room
2/ grab a minute to meditate, to pray.
3/ eat a good lunch in a relaxing spot
4/ take control of your day, even five minutes as a sense of control reduces stress
from a 2015 study in the lancet
