COVID-19 pandemic increased anxiety and depressive symptoms... Dr Joaquim Radua and his team followed 942 Spanish adults for one year and noted their levels of anxiety and depression. In parallèle, they followed their behaviors and were able to find what worked the best: Following a healthy/balanced diet, not reading news too often (specifically about COVID), physical exercice and drinking water! Interestingly, social contact and hobbies were less important than previously thought.
A healthy mind in a healthy body can be read as a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

Dr Julianna determined this policy with her patients. she pushed me to stop following the news and drinking a lot of water. I can testify that it worked very well and I went trough the pandemic without mental harms. Thanks again Dr Julianna
