The famous singer Madonna like soups, and I like borscht
Borscht is very healthy soup – it contains of a lot of antioxidants, microelements, fibers and flavonoids which are very important for your body, easy for your gastrointestinal digestion. And the red beetroot a vegetable that's available year-round, come packed with phytonutrients called betalains—that fight to reduce inflammation in your body. Paired with a variety of other colorful veggies like onions, sweet peppers, carrots, and cabbage the borscht is good-for-you and very affordable. It is also a very good dietary food as it is very low in calories.
It exists in two ways the vegetarian Borscht or any meat Borscht . I recommend the vegetarian one done with fresh vegetables as we want to avoid any preservatives in our recipe.
It’ll help you lower your intake of saturated fat, and your cholesterol and heart disease risk in turn.

Ingredients : Capers
Olives
Cabbage, chopped
Potatoes, chopped
Carrots, chopped
Beets, chopped
Tomatoes
Garlic
Onions, chopped
Prune
Sweet Pepper
Lemon slices for the taste
Sea salt

Preparation In a big pot, put together all the ingredients. Pour some water, and put on the fire , slow cook covered for two hours. The soup is best made a day ahead. (The longer the soup sits by the way, the more it will all turn the deep red color of beets.)
Serve ladled into bowls with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of fresh dill.
